We are now recruiting a Receptionist to join our team at Lea Marston Hotel!
Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- To be totally customer focused by consistently delivering excellent customer service with an informed, friendly and effective approach.
- To provide professional, friendly and efficient Reception service to all guests of the hotel, whilst achieving maximum revenue and guest satisfaction.
- Create and take advantage of sales opportunities in order to maximise hotel revenue.
- To welcome all guests on their arrival and assist them in a courteous, helpful manner with registration and when checking out of the hotel.
- Answer telephones promptly and correctly to maximise business and minimise guest frustration.
- Be fully aware of daily activities in the hotel and ensure knowledge of hotel facilities and promote them whenever possible.
- Maintain good working relationships with colleagues in the reception area and other departments of the hotel.
- Take personal responsibility in a guest situation to ensure that it gets resolved efficiently and follow-up to ensure that the guest leaves feeling satisfied.
- Have a flexible approach to the hours you are required to work and always work as a team.
