IFA ADMINISTRATOR / KENT - PERMANENT POSITION
Location: Kent, CT2
Job type: Permanent contract
Reporting to: Line Manager
Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30am - 17:00pm, although may consider part time hours
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum
Hawk 3 Talent Solutions, operating as an employment agency, are currently recruiting for an IFA Administrator to join our Independent Financial Advisor client in Kent on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will have 2-3 years' experience within a similar processing role in IFA or pensions administration.
This is a full time, although part time hours may be considered, office based position.
Duties & responsibilities:
- Act as key point of contact for clients; organizing and dealing with correspondence via telephone, email or letter
Inputting client information onto back office system
Scanning and filing of documents in line with company procedures
Processing applications on behalf of clients once advisory team have completed applications
Ensuring applications are correct
Submitting applications to providers and ensuring they are followed through to completion
About you:
- 2-3 years' experience within the same or similar role
Excellent attention to detail
Experience in a fast paced working environment
Familiar with IFA platforms and back-office software
Able to work well under pressure
Able to process information accurately
