Position: IFA Administrator
Location: Sutton, Surrey
Minimum Requirements: At least 2 years' IFA administration experience; Intelligent Office back-office system experience; Live close to Sutton in Surrey
Salary:Up to £35,000 + Bonus + 25 Days' Annual Leave + Study Support + Pension + Flexible Working Hours

Our client is a very successful boutique IFA firm based in Sutton, Surrey. Due to an increase in business and overall financial growth, the company is now looking to hire an experienced IFA Administrator to assist the firm's Paraplanning team and 5 Financial Advisers.
THE ROLE
Reporting to the Head of Administration, the IFA Administrator's key duties will include:
- Provide administrative support to the Financial Advisers, servicing new and existing clients.
- Use various programs such as Intelligent Office and Volume.
- Navigate through different provider platforms.
- Process relevant applications.
- Written and verbal communication with the Administration Team, Financial Advisers plus other providers and clients.
