The Company: Regional IFA firm based in North Leeds who are looking to recruit an IFA Administrator/Trainee Paraplanner in support of two Financial Planners. Currently a 5-adviser strong firm and looking to expand as we head through 2024.
- Office Location: Moortown, North Leeds
- Hybrid Working: Yes - 3-days office/2-days WFH
Package: £25-30k base DOE + bonus and full company benefits

The Role: A technical support focused remit geared around supporting multiple high performing financial advisers from an administration perspective. Responsibilities include:
- New business processing
- Preparing client review pack for client meetings
- Obtaining quotations/valuations
- Dealing with product providers and managing relationships accordingly
- Managing client relationships and being the first point of contact for technical queries as required
- Database management
- Assistance with client business development and marketing materials
- Basic paraplanning and suitability report compilation - ISA transfers, lump sum investments etc
The Person: Will suit an experienced administrator who is keen on progressing into technical work and taking on further paraplanning responsibilities short-term. Ideal for someone just starting their R0 exams (Part-qualified Diploma) and wanting to step from private wealth administration into a hybrid role, ultimately taking on full paraplanning responsibilities once fully trained.
