What You'll Do:
- Be the welcoming face and voice as the first point of contact for callers & visitors to our office.
- Pre-qualify prospects & tailor our services to their needs.
- Organize meetings for our Directors/Advisers, ensuring smooth operations.
- Welcome & onboard new clients, making them feel valued from day one.
- Manage the delivery of our ongoing client review program, ensuring their needs are met consistently.
- Set up and execute tasks & workflow steps using our CRM system.
- Handle online transactions efficiently, including setting up new products, fund switches, and more.
- Maintain meticulous, compliant data to uphold our standards of excellence.
- Collaborate with all stakeholders to deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients.
What You'll Bring:
- Superb communication skills, offering first-class client service levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems.
