Clever-HR has partnered with a Chartered wealth management that offers deliverance of first-class advice across all aspects of Financial Planning. This includes investments, pension planning and IHT planning.

Established for nearly 20 years, the company is now looking for an employed Financial Adviser to join the team, to continue developing on their solid foundations and excellent reputation.

The Role

We are looking for Financial Advisers who have the ambition and drive to really focus on attracting new clients to the business, and and service/develop an existing client base.

Paraplanning and client support services provided.

About You

• Generate and develop new connections and instructions to the business
• Provide holistic financial planning to prospective and existing clients in a compliant manner whilst adhering to the FCA principles of TCF
• Have a minimum qualification to Level 4/Diploma with a desire to attain the Chartered qualification within the next three years
• Have a strong commitment to provide excellent customer service in order to ensure long term relationships with clients.
• Have and a proactive work ethic.
• Have the ability to work independently to develop client solutions with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Minimum of two years demonstrable advisory experience

Relevant Skills and Knowledge

• The requisite technical knowledge and qualification (e.g. QCA Level 4 exams).
• Detailed knowledge and understanding of the firm’s compliance procedures including record keeping requirements.
• Provision of advice to clients in a compliant manner as detailed in the firm’s compliance manual and procedures.
