We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join our client's manufacturing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with a passion for finance to contribute to the success of a thriving organisation.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Processing invoices, payments, and expenses accurately and efficiently
- Conducting financial reconciliations and resolving discrepancies
- Assisting with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Supporting the Finance Manager and team with ad-hoc tasks as required
What we're looking for:
- Prior experience in a finance role
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and excellent organisational abilities
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. They will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
