We are seeking an experienced Immigration Paralegal to join our team. As an Immigration Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in assisting solicitors with various tasks related to immigration law. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about helping individuals navigate the complex immigration process.
```Duties```
- Conduct research on immigration laws, regulations, and procedures
- Assist solicitors in preparing and filing immigration applications, and supporting documents
- Draft legal documents, including affidavits, declarations, and correspondence
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and databases
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates on case status
- Coordinate with government agencies, courts, and other stakeholders on behalf of clients
- Attend client meetings and interviews as needed
- Stay current on changes in immigration laws and policies
```Qualifications```
- Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent degree
- Minimum of 1 years of experience as an Immigration Paralegal
- Knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, and procedures
- Familiarity with legal research tools and databases
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
