- JOB TITLE: Implementation Admin Team Leader
- SALARY: £32367-£37477
- LOCATION: Watford
- HOURS: Full-time
- WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.
About this Opportunity
Coach a high performing team in a busy environment by; Developing our people, focusing on their strengths, maximizing, and nurturing their talents. Constantly reviewing and improving our work methods to ensure efficiencies are maintained and deadlines hit for scheme launches and vehicle novation’s.
What you’ll need
- Invests in thoughtful, contextual, valuable new starter training.
- Continual training (processes, industry, legislative, systems, product) that ensures everyone is performing at the required standards.
- Hold monthly 1-2-1 meetings with each member of the team to review progress and achievement, highlighting and identifying opportunities to improve and develop.
- Focused on monitoring and pro-actively managing the daily team tasks. Competent resource management to ensure optimum cover within the team.
- Facilitate the collation of continual improvement ideas and implementing solutions.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proactively looks for how to do the best job.
- Manages self with strong organisational and time management skills.
- High accuracy levels and attention to detail
- A pro-change attitude and approach
