Due to the nature of this role, our client has specified graduates must possess strong commercial mind-sets and ambitious, autonomous attitudes that are willing to go above and beyond in order to make their mark in the role. Because of this, successful candidates must:
- 2 years+ proven Business Development, Account Management or commercial client facing role experience (essential)
- Possess exceptional communication and influencing skills, confident in speaking to professionals at all levels of seniority
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Implementation Specialist- key responsibilities:
- Support clients that get in touch, helping to solve queries and challenges and maximise the benefits of the company offering
- Proactively manage client accounts by engaging with key stakeholders to discuss and improve their usability of the company offering
- Manage and maintain strong business relationships with clients, both new and existing, acting as a first point of contact
- Onboarding the clients onto the business app and continue building relationships
