Streamline Search are recruiting on behalf of our client. Our client has been established for nearly 50 years and are experience din the Freight and Logistics industry. They are based in Tilbury at the heart of the shipping industry in the Southeast. They handle importations and exportation's of all/any cargo's by multimodal means- Air, Sea, Road & Rail. They are looking for an Import Coordinator with experience of all modes of transport to enhance their busy team.

Import Coordinator- Responsibilities

• Communicating our various customers, suppliers, and sub-contractors such as shipping lines, hauliers, and depots.
• Raising internal files
• Raising Invoices
• Passing supplier invoices and querying where necessary
• Checking vessel arrivals
• Arranging collections and deliveries, making sure to meet customer deadlines.
• Following up after delivery to ensure the customer was happy,

Import Coordinator- Requirements

• Proven successful track record of at least two years working for a small to medium sized freight forwarder.
• Experience of CNS and Destin8. Their forwarding software is multi-freight.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and friendly personality.
• Competent using Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Strong and dynamic team player.

Import Coordinator- Remunerations

• Monday to Friday 0900-1700hrs
• £30,000-£35,000
• Standard holiday plus bank holidays
• Onsite parking
• Company pension
