Primary School Improvement: The Education People
We are seeking to recruit an experienced headteacher, Ofsted inspector or school Improvement Adviser, to join our school improvement team.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record:
- As a headteacher, executive headteacher, Ofsted inspector or school adviser.
- Of leading improvements within your current educational role and experience supporting a number of schools.
- Of using the Education inspection framework to bring about improvements. Experience working as an Ofsted inspector is desirable.
- Of excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Of working independently with an eye for detail.
As part of our improvement team you will:
- Work alongside highly motivated and professional individuals, committed to the ongoing improvement of provision in schools.
- Play a significant role in supporting schools as their named Improvement Adviser as well as school-based consultancy support both within Kent and beyond.
- Build on your skills and interests to further develop our training and support for schools.
- Have the opportunity to work with a variety of schools and school leaders.
- Make a difference to the life chances of children and young people across Kent and beyond.
- On occasion, work more intensively with schools to ensure rapid improvement as a consultant leader.
Substantive posts:
- Permanent Full Time (Term Time Only negotiable)
- Part Time post 0.8 Term time only
