About The Role
As a In-hour Coordinator 20 hours per week at our Clinical Assessment Service, you’ll be a single point of contact and liaison for all members of this multidisciplinary team, as well as other internal and external services. You’ll provide coordination and support to ensure the smooth running of shifts – and respond swiftly and efficiently if there’s any breakdown in the service. This could include making comfort/safety calls to patients when required.
This is a permanent role. We will expect you to be available to work 2 days per week working 0800-1830 on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
What you'll be doing
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills, with the interpersonal skills to listen, adapt, negotiate and persuade.
- Excellent organisational and administration skills, with previous admin experience and a strong customer service focus.
- Computer skills – particularly Excel and Word – with an understanding of confidentiality/data protection.
- Salary: £12.06 per hour
- 25 days’ annual leave (full time equivalent), increasing with service up to 28 days per year + bank holidays.
