1400 - 2200 (4 days on / 4 days off on a rota-based system which WILL include some weekends)

We are looking for 3 new Inbound Customer Service Advisors who can work 1400 - 2200 on a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern (this WILL include occasional weekends). You be worked in a small call centre in Daventry and be expected to take incoming calls regarding vulnerable people.
You will be using a phone system, working with computers, looking at a planning board and simple reacting to the needs of the call.
It's a nice role where you get to make a difference to no two calls are the same.
You need to be calm, organised, able to build rapport and someone who can think on their feet.
Full training will be given if you have worked within some kind of Customer Service role before, you are local to the Daventry area, and you can work the shift (this is a dealbreaker).
