Hours - You'll work a flexible 37.5-hour shift across the following hours: Monday - Friday: 08:00 - 20:00, Saturdays: 08:00 - 18:00 and Sundays: 09:00 - 18:00.

The Role of an Inbound Sales Advisor
- Acting as the first point of customer journey
- Taking inbound calls from customers who are looking to register their appliance.
- Building rapport with our customers and getting to know their needs
- Upselling
- Building good customer relationships
- Working towards targets
