Income Officer
Salary: £35,287 - £37,880 per annum
Hours: 37 hours per week
Location: This position is predominantly office-based, and community visits may be required. Candidates should not anticipate extensive remote working opportunities.

Overview:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic Income team, where you will help to deliver first class service to support tenants and other customers.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensure that income is maximised and support recovery action.
- Undertake all activities in line with income streams.
- Follow various processes, ensuring statutory timescales are achieved.
- Contribute to and support strategies aimed at ensuring the department is effectively managed.
- Ensure accurate tenancy records are maintained.

- Can you demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills?
- Are you able to build trust whilst displaying commitment and care to our customers?
- Are you a person that has a proactive interest in exploring, seeking out new information, and solutions within a situation?
- Do you have basic Maths and English skills?
