Independent Member – Audit and Risk Committee
We are looking to recruit an Independent Member to join our Audit and Risk Committee. You may or may not come from the housing sector, but you will need to understand the role of assurance in a business and/or a regulated environment, risk management frameworks and have experience of the statutory financial reporting process. The Committee meets formally four times a year via Microsoft Teams with additional briefing and training sessions and on an ‘exception’ basis as required.
