What you’ll be doing as a Indirect Sourcing Manager:

In the Indirect Souring Manager role you will be responsible for managing and optimising the procurement of indirect materials and services, ensuring that our operations run seamlessly and cost-effectively.

Your skillset for performance

You’ll influence, develop, and implement a procurement strategy that will be utilised across a variety of different UK functions and brands. Collaborating effectively with all internal departments and stakeholders you will understand procurement needs, add value, and improve spend and efficiencies across the wider business.

Working alongside the senior stakeholders and suppliers, you’ll challenge the status quo to find savings across the region by negotiating contracts, reviewing supplier performance, and managing vendor relationships. You will continuously monitor market trends and assess supplier capabilities and identify and implement opportunities for process improvement.

As a Indirect Sourcing Manager you’ll have:

• 1 - 4 years procurement experience and exposure to indirect procurement activities.
• 2.1 degree or above in a relevant subject and / or CIPS qualified.
• A track record of progression and achievements in previous procurement roles.
• Knowledge of procurement software and tools and use of an MRP / ERP System (SAP would be preferable).
