About Us

Lord Individual Training is a multi-disciplinary player development programme where we provide individual services to players ranging from grassroots into the professional game. We aim to offer an unparalleled level of individual support for players both on and off the pitch.

We are looking to appoint a passionate and dedicated coach to lead on the individual and group planning of our player development programme in our U9-U14 age groups in Buckinghamshire. Our mission is to provide each individual with a bespoke training and games programme in order for them to gain the appropriate level of challenge and support that they require to enhances their individual experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and evaluate individual and group training sessions.
• Observe and prioritise Individual Development within training and fixtures.
• Support and continually develop the process for the evaluation of individual players.
• Promote a safe learning environment where individual growth is central in all decision making.
• Take ownership of your own coaching personal development, creating links with other elite player developers looking to gain a better understanding of the role to improve the players you are working with.

Essential criteria for the role:

The successful applicant will have excellent inter-personal skills to deliver consistent up to date communication surrounding the journey of the players, have coaching experience across the range of phases of grassroots/academy football and understand holistic Individual Development within children and young adults.

Essential qualifications are UEFA C Licence, FA Youth Module 1-3, FA Emergency 1st Aid and FA Safeguarding children with an up-to-date DBS. Applicants with a UEFA B Licence and FA Youth Award will be desired.

The position is currently on a casual self-employed basis (3 hours per week) with sessions taking place during the school term time only. However, there will be the opportunity to take on additional hours with individual players with the growth of the business.

Salary: £300.00-£420.00 per month

• Sports coaching: 2 years (preferred)
