SalaryDUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibility for creating and delivering an annual plan of individual fundraising activity against budgets and with clear ROIs - including membership, regular giving, appeals, legacy and some high value gifts.
Delivering compelling fundraising activity that furthers the objectives of Badger Trust and strengthens its ability to deliver on its mission
Deliver a programme of fundraising activity to supporters, members and new audiences that generate additional funds for the organisation at a strong ROI.
Creation and production of fundraising materials in off and online versions in support of the plan.
Production of tracking statistics and other reports that measure the progress and success of fundraising campaigns drawing on quantitative and qualitative data and charity sector best practice to inform overall plans
Create an overall activity plan to include reporting mechanisms and regular 1-2-1 communication with supporters
Ensure all giving activities are creative, innovative and attract a wide level of support
Ensure fundraising activity considers and focuses on areas of best potential through tracking and analysis
Responsible for Brock Shop, the merchandise offering of the charity, ensuring it carries appropriate and quality goods, to deliver a significant ROI against investment
Responsible for the strategic management of supporter data on the CRM to ensure supporter journeys are built and deployed to give an excellent support experience
Undertake all fundraising activities in line with the relevant rules, regulations and laws across fundraising, marketing and data protection
Manage any fundraising events in terms of planning, content, marketing and speaker and attender experience
Support other fundraising activity where appropriate e.g. grant fundraising
General Responsibilities
Support the mission, ethos and values of Badger Trust
Manage external suppliers providing web, design, printing and other services as required
Represent Badger Trust at external meetings when required
Undertake such other duties as may be reasonably required of the post
Work with Groups coordinator to support the group network as appropriate from a fundraising perspective
