We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industry Manager with a specialised focus on Hydrogen, CCUS, and Renewable Energies. Role and Responsibilities:
As an Industry Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading our initiatives related to Hydrogen, CCUS, and Renewable Energies within the Oil and Gas sector. Your primary duties will include:
- Developing and implementing strategic plans for integrating Hydrogen, CCUS, and Renewable Energy technologies into our Oil and Gas operations.
- Identifying opportunities for growth and sustainability, aligning with the company's long-term objectives and industry trends.
- Evaluating and recommending cutting-edge technologies in Hydrogen, CCUS, and Renewable Energies applicable to the Oil and Gas sector.
- Maximising existing business opportunities using cross selling and product segmentation
- Responsibility for sales coverage of any customers personally assigned to you.
- Networking and interfacing with the Sales and Marketing processes to ensure coverage of Oil & Gas customers outside your direct responsibility.
- Working closely with EPC Contractor Manager and associated Tendering Team on Oil & Gas related projects to ensure all influencers are covered.
- Working with Marketing Communications to plan and manage internal & external seminars, lunch & learn sessions, and exhibitions. Participating, when appropriate, in the SIG Oil & Gas (Strategic Industry Group) to identify gaps in our offering and hence influence future product development for the Oil & Gas industry.
Qualification + Profile
- Technical engineering qualification, minimum HNC level, although relevant experience is essential.
- Proven experience in the Oil and Gas industry, with a strong focus on Hydrogen, CCUS, or Renewable Energies.
- In-depth knowledge of industry-specific technologies, processes, and trends in Hydrogen, CCUS, and Renewable Energy sectors
- Sales experience is essential.
- Marketing experience is essential.
- Knowledge of Control & Instrumentation, both practical and market orientated.
- Excellent communication, networking & presentation skills Good market and competitor knowledge
