To provide detailed training and development data to Business Units, Managers, Trust Board and other service users; To provide analysis of trends, training needs and competency requirements; To ensure the integrity of data used within multiple HR databases; To support the team with incoming queries; To provide ad hoc data and reports on request; To role model compassionate and inclusive leadership in order to shape the creation of a collective leadership culture within the trust.
