About the Role Are you passionate about educating and empowering teams to become the first line of defence against cyber threats? We're seeking a Information Security Training and Awareness Manager to lead our efforts in enhancing security awareness and promoting a culture of cybersecurity excellence. If you have a knack for designing engaging training programs and fostering a security-conscious environment, this opportunity is for you! As the Information Security Training and Awareness Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive Training and Awareness program. Your key responsibilities will include: Designing and delivering engaging Security Training modules for staff and students. Creating innovative strategies to increase security awareness and promote best practices. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to tailor training materials based on specific departmental needs. Evaluating training effectiveness and adjusting programs to address evolving threats. Developing communication campaigns and organizing events to reinforce security awareness initiatives. Creating and running a community of Information Security champions across both academic and professional services departments Moreover, you will also help in developing and maintaining the University's Information Security strategy to improve its overall security posture. You will also participate in incident response activities.
