To be successful in this role:
You will be a confident, credible and experienced Information Technology Sales Director, with a proven track record within the Healthcare and Social Care sectors. Other requirements for this role include:
- In-depth understanding of the pain points and data requirements and strategic benefits of integrating data solutions within the Healthcare and Social Care industries
- Strong network and existing relationships within relevant sectors
- Experience working with Trusts, NHS, and other healthcare entities
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Background in software solution consultancy or familiarity with data solutions is highly desirable

As the Information Technology Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving sales into the Healthcare and Social Care Industry. Other responsibilities for this role include:
Expertise: Leverage extensive experience within Healthcare and Social Care to understand sector-specific challenges, articulate pain points, and propose tailored data solutions
Network Development: Utilize an established network within the Healthcare and Social Care sectors to build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth, meet sales targets, and expand market share within the specified sectors
Data Solution Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their data requirements, demonstrate the value of our Data Solution product, and guide them through the benefits of bringing their data together
Channel Partner Collaboration: Collaborate with channel partners and establish strong relationships to enhance the distribution of our products within the market
MBOs and Commission Generation: Achieve non-sales targets initially, contributing to commission generation as the lead time for sales in this sector can be extended
Team Leadership: If applicable, lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure collective success
