Job Purpose
Working across our small but growing team, as Sales & Marketing Executive you will play an important role in our Sales & Marketing lead generation activities.
This role would suit someone who enjoys multi-tasking and is able to stay on track with multiple priorities simultaneously. This role will be at the forefront of supporting our busy sales and marketing function to enable us to grow rapidly.
You will also be responsible for:
- CRM Management: Updating information to help us stay on track, and reporting on how we are progressing
- Task & Calendar Management: Helping us stay organised and in touch with our customers
- Documentation Management: Making sure we have all of the information we need to have valuable conversations with customers.
- Event logistics and social media management: Helping us say the right things to the right people in the best place!
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience of working in a support role, in a fast-paced customer facing environment (bonus if within a technology sales or marketing environment)
- Confident with MS Office and systems and processes (bonus if familiar with CRM – eg Hubspot or similar)
- Attention to detail: taking pride in accuracy and able to stay accurate with a busy workload
- Organisational skills: managing multiple tasks simultaneously and being able to prioritise
- Communication skills: Highly responsive, strong written and verbal communication skills
- Time management: meeting deadlines and managing time efficiently

Location
While our ‘official’ registered office is in Exeter, we all work remotely across different locations. We have regular team working-together days in both Exeter and London, so you would need to live/work somewhere reasonably accessible to one or more of these locations. If you prefer working in an office, we offer flexible memberships to regional workspaces.
Flexible Working
This is a permanent full-time role. We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too. In this role, we can offer the following flexible working patterns:
- Flex Worker but responsiveness to urgent customer issues is required
- Attend the office and on-site team meetings on an ad hoc basis
Salary £28 - £30k
