As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of our IT infrastructure. You will work closely with other members of the team to ensure that our systems are secure, reliable, and scalable.
Responsibilities:
• Design, implement and maintain our IT infrastructure
• Work with other members of the team to ensure that our systems are reliable and secure
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Manage service desk ticket backlogs
• Stay up to date with the latest technologies
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in IT infrastructure
• Experience with Azure, ITIL, ITSM, Active Directory
• Experience with managing service desk ticket backlogs
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
