As Infrastructure Manager, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our technology landscape. Your expertise in deploying Microsoft 365 and Azure solutions will be instrumental in optimizing our systems and ensuring seamless operations across the enterprise.
Dains is ranked 31st in the National Accountancy Age ranking by firm size and was the fastest-growing firm within the surveyed top 100 accountancy firms in the UK. The team is now over 650 people strong with offices throughout the UK and Ireland.
Your Key Responsibilities as Infrastructure Manager:
- Solution Design:You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable solutions using Microsoft 365 and Azure.
- Infrastructure Deployment:You will lead the deployment of Microsoft 365 and Azure services, ensuring high availability and security across the entire Dains Group.
- Migration Strategies:You will develop and execute migration plans for existing applications and data to Microsoft 365 and Azure and ensure all migrations across the business are carried out to a high standard.
- Performance Optimization: You will analyse the root cause of any issues and address any inefficiencies of system performance to help improve the delivery of the IT infrastructure.
- Governance and Compliance:You must adhere to best practices, security protocols, and industry standards.
- Vendor Management:You must build strong relationships with vendors and work closely with them to evaluate and select appropriate solutions to any issues identified during root cause analysis.
Personal Attributes:
- You will have strong experience and knowledge of Azure and Microsoft 365.
- You will have a confident but approachable manner.
- You will be able to build strong and effective relationships externally with customers and stakeholders.
- Present effective relationships with the IT team and wider Dains teams.
