SalaryAs an Innovate Support Addisor based at Halesowen College, you will collaborate closely with the Innovate Consultant and local businesses, providing hands-on support in deploying various digital technologies, including AI and cyber security.

- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and positively impact audiences.
- Advanced IT skills (experience of AI, Cyber security and E-commerce would be particularly advantageous)
- Strong decision-making skills and the ability to analyse and interpret complex information.
- Effective planning and organisational abilities with a high level of adaptability and resilience.
- Significant experience in business development or advisory roles, preferably within the education sector.
- Advanced negotiation skills and a strategic thinker with exceptional analytical problem-solving abilities.
