Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding Customer Service, efficiently handling inquiries via calls, emails, voicemails, and texts.
- Achieve First Contact Resolution by addressing customer needs promptly and effectively.
- Manage fluctuating workloads, and incoming queries, ensuring timely responses.
- Input data with precision into our computer systems.
- Meet and exceed service targets, providing consistent, high-quality customer interactions.
- Innovate and improve processes for enhanced Customer Service delivery.
- Collaborate with the team to share knowledge and boost overall performance.
- Fulfill outbound communication aligned with team goals.
- Adhere to company policies and contribute to a safe working environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Customer Service or a related field.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Part-time Monday to Wednesday 9am - 5pm
