When a child is diagnosed with cancer life becomes full of fear, for them and their family. Fear of treatment, but also of families being torn apart, overwhelming money worries, of having nowhere to turn, no one to talk to.

About the role
The Insight and Performance Manager is pivotal in leading the Strategic Insight Team and promoting a culture of learning and improvement across their organisation. The post holder will be responsible for:
·Team management
·Setting direction and over seeing the analysis, business information and selections functions
·Strategic leadership

This role is part of a team that works across the UK. You can be home-based anywhere in UK, with occasional travel for meetings or you can choose to work full-time or hybrid from their Bristol or London offices.

·The ability to think strategically and proactively about organisational data and insight needs – both now and for the future.
·The ability to influence effectively at all levels of an organisation, through excellent communications skills.
·Experience of analysing and interpreting data and imaginatively disseminating findings and recommendations.
·Experience of using data analysis and insight to create improvements and generate learning.
·Excellent verbal and written communication.
·A proactive, can do attitude.
