The Following Role is all levels of Insolvency Administrator, Junior to Senior.
The Role
We are looking for a Senior Insolvency Case Administrator with at least 3 years' experience in corporate insolvency to join our Sheffield Office. The role will predominately involve a mixture of Liquidations, Receiverships and Administrations alongside assisting with review and advisory work
Responsibilities
- Involvement in client meetings from initial contact, with responsibility of driving case to appointment date
- Dealing with cases from commencement / handover to closure, driving case progression from appointment including statutory reporting to a variety of stakeholders
- Experience and understanding of Corporate Insolvency Procedures, particularly CVLs, CVAs, Receiverships and Administrations
- Stakeholder management
- Achieving statutory and regulatory compliance
- Responsibility for additional ad hoc tasks as required
- Having a degree of autonomy in decision making
- Manage and develop junior staff members
- Develop relationships with other professionals both internally within the group and externally
There will be a preference for the additional duties, with supervision and direction from senior staff, to include:
- Assisting with Independent Business Reviews, Options and Pre-Lending Reviews
- Undertaking detailed financial analysis of statutory accounts, management information, short term cash flow forecasts and longer term integrated forecast models, including the identification of key trends and performance drivers.
Requirments
- 3 plus years' corporate insolvency experience from a top 30 insolvency practice or equivalent (this should include previous experience of multiple processes to include Administrations)
- Good numeracy and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to identify and deal with high-risk issues
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a varied case portfolio

- As the role requires analysis and preparation of financial data, an accountancy and / or insolvency qualification is desirable, but is not required.
