Position Overview:
We have recently started our journey with ECO4 installations and are seeking a skilled and experienced Eco Installation Manager to help build this exciting arm of our business.
The Installation Manager will play a critical role in overseeing and building a new department responsible of the delivery of retrofit projects for domestic properties. Managing the workflow of Retrofit Assessments to establish suitable measures for installation, managing the co-ordination and administration process, all the way through to submission.
The Installation Manager will assure the timely delivery of key stage KPIs from the receipt of new leads for Technical Survey and Quotation, through to the installation and handover of the energy efficient measure works compliance with ECO4 and PAS2030:2019 requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
· Liaising with both Retrofit Assessors & Coordination.
· Managing and recruiting Administrative Staff.
· Manage the efficient and accurate installation of retrofit projects.
· Conduct daily / weekly assessments of project progress, quality, and compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.
· Liaise directly with our management team tracking project costs and identifying opportunities to optimise resources and minimise project expenditure.
· Collaborate with Retrofit Assessors & Coordination and Design and Measure delivery teams to resolve technical challenges and ensure the compliant implementation of retrofit solutions.
· Manage the collation and storage of accurate project documentation, including installation records, compliance reports, and safety documentation.
· Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement, promoting best practices.
Role Requirements:
You must possess a Technical / Construction Background with at least 3 years proven experience in delivering retrofit works under ECO schemes and understand installation methods and building regulation requirements.
It is vital to have a solid understanding of PAS retrofit requirements, be able to decipher Retrofit Assessments and Designs and understand aspects such as system designer carding and installer competencies.
Possess strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, organise, and prioritise tasks effectively with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve project goals.
Familiarity with ECO Surv software for project management and documentation would be desirable but is not essential.
