Installations Support Administrator

Following another successful year our client is looking for a motivated Installations Support Administratorto join their team at their offices in Horsham. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and detail-orientated professional eager to establish a stable & rewarding career.
The Role:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and suppliers regarding contract-related inquiries, amendments, and disputes.
• Facilitate communication between internal teams, clients, and suppliers to ensure a clear understanding of contract requirements.
• Liaise with clients to gain engineer access.
• Monitor contract performance and address any deviations or issues promptly.
• Ensure all jobs are checked daily and update with works to be actioned or invoice once works are completed.
• Log all call outs and requested works whether these a planned or reactive.

The Person:

• Previous administrative experience, ideally within a reactive / servicing environment
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
• Able to multitask whilst ensuring accuracy & attention to detail
• Proficient user of MS Packages & inhouse CRMs
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

The Package:

• Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5pm
• Up to £27,500 DOE
