Following another successful year our client is looking for a motivated Installations Support Administratorto join their team at their offices in Horsham. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and detail-orientated professional eager to establish a stable & rewarding career.
The Role:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and suppliers regarding contract-related inquiries, amendments, and disputes.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams, clients, and suppliers to ensure a clear understanding of contract requirements.
- Liaise with clients to gain engineer access.
- Monitor contract performance and address any deviations or issues promptly.
- Ensure all jobs are checked daily and update with works to be actioned or invoice once works are completed.
- Log all call outs and requested works whether these a planned or reactive.
The Person:
- Previous administrative experience, ideally within a reactive / servicing environment
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
- Able to multitask whilst ensuring accuracy & attention to detail
- Proficient user of MS Packages & inhouse CRMs

The Package:
- Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5pm
- Up to £27,500 DOE
