We are partnered exclusively with a key client based in Crawley seeking an Operations Administrator to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in customer service, as it involves regular interaction with customers via email and over the phone. The successful candidate will be the backbone of operations, ensuring smooth and efficient business processes.
Day-to-day of the role:- Serve as the first point of contact for customer enquiries, providing exceptional service via phone and email.
- Maintain and update customer records and databases with accuracy.
- Assist with the preparation of reports and documentation for operational activities.
- Support the management team with daily administrative tasks.
- Process orders and liaise with other departments to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Proven customer service experience, with a track record of handling customer queries effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and strong decision-making capabilities.
