Your tasks will include responding to internal and external customer queries, carrying activities linked to the sale and purchase of shares and ensuring the customer instructions se are all processed on the day of receipt as per the Terms of the Product. Ability to learn new tasks with minimal supervision. Ability to identify system/process improvements. Good communication skills (both written and oral). Procedural/Product/Specialist Knowledge.
