Main Duties
Responsible at the highest level for the overall client experience
Serve as the principal contact for clients, providing exceptional service that meets their unique needs promptly and exceeds expectations.
Engage regularly with key client stakeholders and influencers, establishing a consistent and insightful dialogue.
Offer comprehensive access to the full suite of institutional investment strategies and insights.
Maintain expert knowledge of our institutional investment strategies and market trends.
Regularly discuss investment performance and market dynamics with clients.
Coordinate and ensure the effectiveness of client meetings and consultations alongside the investment team.
Record client interactions diligently within Salesforce and report on engagement metrics periodically.
Collaborate with Relationship Associate teams on operational and administrative client tasks. Guide new client onboarding processes, collaborating with relevant internal departments
Experience Required
Bachelor’s degree required, Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics, Finance, or other related subjects preferred
5+ years of professional experience in a similar role and industry
Demonstrated expertise in managing complex institutional client relationships
Familiarity with direct institutional asset owners and investment consultants
Track record to successfully build relationships with sophisticated institutional investors
Ability to think strategically and embrace change.
