Job description

Girlguiding are looking for a friendly, professional and enthusiastic individual to join our small insurance team. The team arranges and manages the insurance for the organisation, the accident reporting processes and insurance claims.
The successful candidate will provide a high level of administrative and operational support including responding to insurance enquiries, data entry of accident records and managing quarterly insurance meetings. Excellent communication skills, accuracy and working well in a team are key to this role as well as being organised, flexible and proactive. You do not need to have insurance experience although this would be desirable.

Girlguiding operates a hybrid working arrangement where office based staff are required to attend the office on average two days a week, or 40% of working time across the year. All staff are required to carry out our online health and safety training and complete a DSE risk assessment to ensure we can provide the support you require.
