Insurance Administrator (Graduates)

Lockton are actively seeking admin associates to join the Professional and Financial Risks Division in London, Bristol and Edinburgh. Initially this will be a 3 month fixed term contract. The roles are full time, to be based out of our Lockton offices (London, Bristol and Edinburgh) with a hybrid working pattern. These roles are sitting with the PI Mid-Market Division and is a great chance to gain exposure in a Global Insurance Brokers.

About the role:

• Inputting data into the new A4B system
• Reading and translating data
• Cleansing through data from a number of different platforms
• Working with the Account Executives to answer any queries relating to data and entries on the new system
• Assisting with administrative tasks and functions

About you:

• This role would suit a school leaver/graduate who would like to join a big London Broker
• Basic understand of Microsoft Products
• Hardworking and willingness to learn
• Confident communicator both written and spoken
• Ability to manage time, prioritise and ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality
• Excellent attention to detail, self-motivated and pro-active
• Good critical thinker
• Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy in data entry
