Connells Group are currently looking to hire an Insurance Administrator to work as part of their General Insurance team based in Milton Keynes. This role is available full time or part time.
As anInsurance Administratoryour role involves managing customer service emails, overseeing financial transactions, maintaining accuracy by processing insurance reports for weekly/monthly/ annual MI.

Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for customers via written correspondence, including email.
- Communicate and track issues affecting fund collection or return for smooth business operations.
- Process dual insurance, write-offs, and refunds, running daily arrears reports and managing default payments.
- Download and process insurance reports for MI.
- Create and develop WPGs aligning with processes across General Insurance Administration.
Your experience and skills will include:
- IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
- Detail oriented, organised and solid administration skills
- Emphatic approach when dealing with customers
- Experience in dealing with customer accounts.
- Experience in finance related tasks such as collections, cashing up, refunds and defaulted payments. – Desirable, but not essential
