The role:
Insurance Adviser
Salary
: £23-28K
p/a depending on experience
Working pattern: Monday to Friday: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
Saturday: 9:00 am - 12:00 pm (on a rotational basis)

Responsibilities:
Handle online inquiries, walk-in clients, and inbound calls.
Foster and maintain positive, enduring relationships with clients, positioning us as their preferred choice for insurance solutions.
Achieve individual targets set by the Branch Manager, contributing to branch and business objectives.
Proactively engage with clients to identify upselling opportunities and tailor insurance solutions to their evolving needs.Qualifications and Skills:
Exceptional client-facing and relationship-building skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities for tailor-made solutions.
Proven sales or customer service experience and a strong desire to excel in a sales career.
