A leading Insurance Broker based in Lisburn, is currently seeking an experienced Personal Lines Sales Advisor.
This is a Full-Time or Part-Time permanent position.
Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
Location: Ideally working 3 days in their Lisburn office and 2 days in their Banbridge office. Or will also consider a part time member of staff at each location.
Salary – Negotiable dependant on experience
Essential Criteria:
- Previous experience in personal insurance is desirable but full training will be provided.
- Able to communicate clearly, positively, and effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Minimum 5 GCSEs or equivalent. A-C in English & Maths.
- Previous customer service experience
About the role:
- You will be responsible for providing our customers with quotations, preparing renewals & adjustments for all motor, home & other Personal Lines insurance.
- Part of a small team servicing our customers by telephone, email & face to face in our offices.
- Maintaining high customer service levels at all times whilst ensuring full compliance with company & regulatory standards.
- Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
- Any other business tasks within the office
- Work between the 2 offices if needed.
