Anthony D Evans Insurance is a family run high street Broker offering a variety of insurance policies including Horsebox, Car, Household and Commercial Vehicle. Operating since 1978, the office is very busy across all areas of personal lines, both new business and renewals. With a high staff retention we have an rare opportunity to join our small, very friendly and happy team.

The staff are very hands on in our office. We do not have separate departments, we all get stuck in together which makes day to day work very varied.

The Insurance Advisor role includes:

• Operating in all areas of personal lines insurance - from motor and specialist vehicle to household, travel and public liability
• Customer contact including inbound and outbound quoting, mid-term adjustments, customer queries and renewals
• Administration of client records
• Proactively chasing new business leads
• General administration duties such as preparing documents, administering online quotes/policies and taking payments.

We are looking for an individual perferably with experience working within an insurance role, ideally from a broker background within personal lines. However experience working within general insurance or a customer service role will be considered. We are looking for the best fit within our small and friendly office rather than someone with pages of experience.

The ideal Insurance Advisor will be confident, able to work within a small team, have a great telephone manner, be local to our offices in Coventry (CV6) and be familiar with Microsoft Office applications.

Hours of work:

8.00am 5.00pm Monday Friday

8.00am 12pm some Saturdays

This is an office based and permanent role.
