As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be handling and resolving customer queries, checking supportive documents, andliaising with insurers.
We're looking for someone who has previous Customer Service experience, excellent communication and organisational skills, attention to detail, and strong IT skills.
A background in insurance would be advantageous, but not essential.
