They are looking for a Insurance Field Sales Coach on a full time, permanent basis to be based in Devon (working from home) but will involve travel across the two counties. Weekend work may occasionally be required.
You will be a confident communicator who is able to help coach ‘soft skills’ whilst being results driven. A background or understanding in agriculture is advantageous
The salary is dependent on relevant experience but is between £30,000 - £40,000, plus exceptional benefits and a company car or generous car allowance, mobile phone, laptop and assistance with home office set up!
Main duties include:
- Line management of local Insurance Advisers
- Coaching and mentoring around sales, lead generation and face to face meetings
- Performance management within a sales environment
- Build and maintain strong relationships
The successful candidate:
- A proven track record in a sales based role
- Agricultural or farming background /awareness
- A confident communicator and decision maker.
- Passionate about developing yourself and our business.
- A proactive, self-starting approach – you will be motivated to succeed and keen to deliver
- Have great rapport-building skills.
- Enjoy rising to the challenge of building complex solutions every day.
- Good IT skills including the use of CRM & Microsoft Office
- Delivering exceptional service
- Insurance knowledge would be advantageous.
