Salary4-6pqe Insurance Disputes Associate (coverage/warranty and indemnity) required for a leading insurance practice in London.
The team in which the role is based is headed by market leading practitioners within the area of Insurance Litigation, focusing primarily on warranty and indemnity defence and coverage matters. The new joiner will benefit from working directly with Partners on a range of matters including defending claims against a range of legal, construction, finance and architectural professionals. The new joiner will also gain exposure to coverage disputes as well, spanning various sectors. There is also scope for the group to expand the range of claims that they are instructed on as they seek to develop and further grow their London offering. The team has a strong work-flow so there will be ample opportunity for a new joiner to jump right into fee earning matters straight away.
The team are looking for an Associate/Senior Associate that has experience of working on the defence side of professional warranty and indemnity claims/coverage disputes. D&O experience would also be of interest as well. Such a candidate will be coming from a ranked insurance practice, a boutique that specialises in such claims or potentially from an in-house insurance background.
