What you'll be doing:
We are looking for the brightest and best talent in the UK to shape the future of aerospace. In the Air division at BAE Systems, we need curious minds to help us solve the engineering challenges of today and tomorrow. We currently have numerous career opportunities in our teams for Integration Engineers, where you could be:
- Combining components and systems to form a System of Systems
- Using your engineering knowledge and experience to solve problems throughout our product development lifecycle
- Working in a multi-disciplinary environment with other engineers with different skills and experiences
- Managing projects holistically, while developing a deeper understanding of the products you will be working on
- Your skills and experiences:
- A degree in the field of Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science or Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Aerospace, Systems or Software)
- Experience of the Engineering Lifecycle, product safety and MBSE
- Evidence based experience in an engineering/technological environment
- Some experience of Model Based Engineering approaches and the supporting toolsets (e.g., Teamcenter PLM, DOORS, CAMEO, MATLAB, ANSYS)
- Experience leading a project team of multi-disciplinary engineers
- Excellent communication skills across all levels of an organisation
- Self-motivated and pro-active with effective collaboration skills

The Air Integration Engineering Team:
You will be working in a team alongside experienced Integration Engineers. You will be managing projects which involve a range of engineering teams e.g., aerodynamics, mission systems, airframe design and human factors.
