Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate diaries for visits with external stakeholders and Care Managers.
- Facilitate the Welsh Government approved College Application Process for prospective learners, including interviews and assessment stays.
- Liaise with external providers for meetings, interviews, and visits as necessary.
- Manage templates, collate files, and securely store completed assessments/plans from various sources.
- Update funding information for students and report to internal and external agencies as required.
- Prepare minutes for formal meetings and review sessions in accordance with stakeholder expectations.
- Validate learner attendance records and communicate with relevant agencies regarding student entitlements.
- Assist in resource planning for individual learners following funding confirmation.
- Collate, file, and transmit reports required by the Welsh Government within specified deadlines.
- Manage enquiries and applications received by the college, adhering to GDPR regulations.
Essential Criteria:
- Understanding of the key requirements of Care Inspectorate Wales.
- Experience using and maintaining financial systems.
- Knowledge and understanding of working in a busy educational environment.
- Minimum of 4 GCSEs (Grade A-C) including Maths & English or equivalent.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Strong numerical, organisational, and IT skills.
- Ability to work well with minimal supervision.
- Initiative, problem-solving ability, and a proactive approach.
- Team player committed to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Able to work effectively to meet deadlines.
- Enhanced DBS check required
- Experience in producing data and reports for the Welsh Government.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet software and data management.
