SalaryCastlefield Recruitment are currently working in partnership with a Midlands based Housing Association to recruit an Interim Capital / Business Planning Accountant on a 3-6 month interim basis.
Duties;
- Capitalisation of components
- Year end reconciliations
- NROSH submissions for the FFR
- Report rationalisation and mapping
- Support with financial statement notes and audit process
- Business planning support
The person;
- CCAB/CIMA qualified, or equivalent with a strong technical skillset
- Experience within social housing Finance
- Open Accounts experience preferable
