Practicus are partnering with a London based NHS organisation that are urgently seeking an Interim Chief People Officer / Director or OD
PURPOSE - You will use your experience as a senior HR Leader to contribute to the development of their corporate HR strategy and culture.
THE DIFFERENCE- You will get an opportunity to work for a large trust delivering strategic plans at a time of significant change as a result, position their staff to deliver better care to the local community.
THE ROLE IS BOTH INTERESTING AND CHALLENGING because you will be managing teams from varied specialities, overseeing some significant change and strategic programmes including Culture, EDI, well-being, and staff integration from other organisations, while working for a hospital serving a diverse multi-cultural population.
TO DELIVER THIS we will require an experienced HR/OD Director who's worked for a large complex NHS organisation.
You must have a collaborative and inclusive way of working with the ability to engage at all levels.

EXPERIENCE:
, Experience at Board / Site HR Director Level with a background of OD
, Worked within large acute hospital settings or another large complex NHS Organisation setting.
, Experience in the development of Corporate Strategy and Culture change programmes
, A proactive professional with a collaborative way of working

LENGTH: 6 months / 3 days onsite, 2 days remote
START: January 2024
