Interim Company Secretary Assistant

This role calls for an Interim Company Secretary Assistant to provide support to the Company Secretary in a reputable London HQ'd private education organisation. 6 month FTC.

Description

The Interim Company Secretary Assistant will be part of the team on a 6 month FTC and will

• Support the Company Secretary with:
  • corporate governance
  • subsidiary management
  • KYC
  • Transaction support.
• Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory and corporate governance requirements
• Assist with statutory compliance work for UK and international subsidiary companies in the Group, ensuring that all relevant documents are filed at Companies House in accordance with statutory deadlines and corporate records are maintained and up to date.
• Assist in maintenance of global entity management system (Diligent Entities) to ensure details for Group subsidiaries are kept up to date, and support production of Group Structure Chart.
• Organising board meetings agenda packs.
• Implementing processes for maintaining statutory records.

Profile

A successful Interim Company Secretary Assistant should have:

• Relevant educational qualifications in Law, Business Administration or related fields
• Previous experience in a similar role within the private sector or a listed environment
• CGI qualification (not a requisite)
